CCJ at old address, what are chances of overturning it?

I have recently applied for a credit card and been declined which has never happened before. I have checked my credit score and there is a CCJ on my file from Civil Enforcement Ltd on 1/9/14 at my old address that i moved out of in july 2012. I can't find out what this is and if i was even liable. I have tried to call Civil Enforcement to understand what it is but it is just an automated payment line. Has anyone had any luck in contacting Civil Enforcement Ltd or had any experience of overturning a ccj on the grounds of not being informed it was even happening? Any help would be much appreciated as the national debt helpline said i need to contact the company to find out what it is but that is proving impossible!

Regards,

Rob

Look at the Parking Prankster's blogs about getting a parking firm CCJ set aside. And get real - this is NOT a matter to deal with the scumbags over the phone, is it? You need to contact your local court to get it set aside for £155 then you can deal properly with it in court (very defendable) and you might get some of that fee back as your costs as well.

Loads of Parking Prankster blogs about CEL and about 'set asides' in recent months. Can't link, this PC won't let me.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
