Repairing a felt roof

I'm hoping for a bit of advice. I noticed the other day that the felt roof on my shed has a few cuts in it (each one maybe 2 or 3 inches long) that's been caused by the storms we've had over the winter.
Is there anything that I can apply to the felt to weatherproof the roof again (at the moment there's no sign of any leaks so possibly not a problem anyway?) or would it make more sense just to have the felt removed and replaced?

Cheers for that, I ended up going for something similar (the repair kit).
Just waiting for the weather to improve so I can have a go at fixing it.0 -
We patched ours up for a couple of years with some thick bin bags folded into squares! My OH then just nailed them in. We ended up replacing it entirely last year when it finally died, but the bin bags were a good short-medium term solution0
