    If the original order was cancelled under the new CC Regulations, the original delivery costs should be refunded.

    Yes the question is relevant, as it states in the terms if you use the returns service they will not refund delivery charges , i have quoted the terms above

    Sorry I had mis read your previous post, the question as to whether the return postage was paid is indeed relevant.

    But as their terms state they will offset returns cost the OP may be entitled to some of the delivery cost.

    If the OP used the supplied courier service, it stands to reason that the cost of the return would be the same as the outbound delivery.

    Hopefully the OP will return and answer some of the questions that have been asked.
