Please can someone confirm having read the threads that as the '' offence'' occured in Scotland and I reside in Scotland that I can safely ignore this notice or should I appeal anyway on the grounds of poor signage and no notice of ANPR cameras?? thanks in advance

Ignore ignore ignore in Scotland (unless you have a lease vehicle. But since you mention ANPR this suggests you already have an NtK so this lease company risk no longer applies).

ALL is explained in the NEWBIES thread.
  • ty was just confirming as got slightly confused on the thread as most info appears to talk about England

That's because most of the problems lie with English (and Welsh) law ... here in Scotland we have a much fairer system . :)
