Create new Outlook .PST email message file

How can I create a new Outlook email message file, so all messages Created, Received & Sent are stored there ?

Had a look at my Outlook, can create new Personal Folders File (.pst), but this did not create other sub-folders (like Inbox, Outbox, Sent Items, Drafts), so not sure if it will be used for all email activity.

It won't, the pst file is just a database file, Outlook creates those folders.

Outlook creates the main folders, you can create more in Outlook.
What are you trying to do?

If you want to create a .PST file for backup purposes you can do this in Outlook 2007 by clicking on File/Import and Export/Export to a file, then you can choose the .pst option and select which folders to export. You can navigate to your chosen location or folder to save it in.

With Outlook running, go to Tools | Account Settings and then click on the Data Files tab. If you don't already have a file there (other than perhaps a Mailbox entry) then click on Add... and follow the instructions.

You'll ultimately set this as your default storage location, so when you retrieve your emails they'll download to your PST file.
