    I stood in my front garden, pointed and asked the EA "who owns that?" and he said "it's all communal...." Load of b0ll0x. It's not only my entire freehold, but doesn't even have neighbours' right of access across it; I have ROW over the path past theirs to get to mine, but once my boundary is passed, it's all mine. And this is a fairly new house.
