You can only get bills if you list and/or sell things on ebay. Every time you list something you get a screen showing what it is going to cost before you click confirm, so that bit isn't a mystery. It might be worth watching those fee screens though in case you are opting for optional extras that you don't really need.
FVFs are a set percentage depending on end price, so that's not a mystery really either.
Unfortunately the only way to reduce your ebay fees is to stop selling!

Ah - it becomes clear now Soo, I wasn't sure why the OP would have been charged an extra £30 VAT but could it be FVF?Official DFW Nerd 210

yes but i checked and i already got charged the VAT. This is stupid. I emailed them and they said that this was the bill of £80.55 which it wasnt because i recieved an email saying i have been charged Vatable fees. It is stupid. I cant believe how much money they charge us, especially when they make millions every second and all eBay is a script on a certain server! Crazy!0

In the last month (or even last 2 months) how many auctions have you listed ?
What were the starting prices?
Did you use the gallery, set a reserve or add buy-it-now options?
How many auctions actually sold and what were the winning bids ?
When you have provided all this information we may be able to advise, otherwise your rantings are meaningless.
What is your ebay id ?
At least this might give us a clue as to where you have spent your money. There are 10 types of people in the world. ‹(•¿•)›(11)A104.28S94.98O112.46N86.73D101.02(12)J130.63F126.76M134.38A200.98M156.30J95.56J102.85A175.93

Yes but you probably owe them £130
The £85.67 is almost certainly the outstanding balance of your last invoice and is what you should pay within 28 days of the invoice being sent.
Any new listings and new sales since the last invoice was issued will be on the next invoice which looks like it has a current running total of £44.33

Can I join you in hiding please Rachie, I'm terrified someone will ask me to explain only using a keyboard how ebay show the charges due and actual bill. I need diagrams, sheets of paper and one of those little laser pointer thingys just to know where to start with an explanation.
Basically though what quoia said is right. The bill will be a rolling bill and can be displayed though your account however you want. So you can default to see one page of individual fees, or just the fees since the last bill, or just this months fees, whatever. At one point in the month ebay will set a bill date but the running total will still show the total amount outstanding, not just the current bill.
If you have online banking the VISA bills are the same. Looking yesterday my current outstanding debit was about £200, yet I have a bill to be paid in a few days for £121.
If you miss paying a bill, it will just roll onto the next month.
Also, one last thought...if the OP listed anything on the 5p listing date they could have run up a large bill which will be partly refunded on the next bill, could it be somehting as simple as that?
The unmoderated ebay boards often carry reports of people who have apparently found mistakes in their bills. Larger sellers who run computer programmes to check the ebay billing system have not yet found any discrepancies apart from odd coppers where ebay and the computer programme round up to the nearest penny differently.
It is very easy to get large bills on ebay, all the extra options soon mount up if you don't watch them. It is definitely worth getting into the habit of making sure you chec the listing charge before you click confirm, you don't want to be paying for something you don't need.
