documentation needed for court

I received a parking charg! from PE for tower road car park in Newquay. I found on this forum a case posted by liseylou for th! same car park and th! same period of overstay. She won the case so I submitted my defence based on the same point's that she won on. The court want me to submit documentation on any cases I have used in support of my defence. What documentation do I need relating to her case and how do I get hold of it? Any help appreciated thanks Daniel.

Hi Daniel, you need to look at post #5 of the NEWBIES thread which is near the top of this forum. Loads of links there tell you exactly how to deal with each stage of the Court defence/hearing situation.I received a parking charg! from PE for tower road car park in Newquay. Not only that... NO-ONE should be 'allowing' their case v PE to go to a hearing this year IMHO without telling your local court in writing about the 'PE v Beavis' Court of appeal case and asking for your case to be stayed! It's only weeks away and it is grossly unfair that PE are still taking people individually to hearings and relying upon that case, when it's about to be heard at the CoA. You should be being fairly assertive and clear with your local Court/Judge, in writing, about the need for this to be stayed (frozen) until April in view of that CoA decision coming through in March!
Details in the newbies thread post #5 (only look at post #5 of it). Includes what to write to ask for a stay. Do it. You should NOT have to attend a hearing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
