But do you not thing that Lowells would have asked for the records when they purchased the debt?
This would show that he ignored the last offer
Either way I don't think the DCA will care too much about what previous companies have tried. They'll just use their standard practices to try and get the money and if not, send it back to O2 again.
As long as they get more money than they paid for it they will be happy. The question really is how much money do they think they will be able to get. If they think they can score the full amount they will go for it. If not they will accept settlement.Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0
