Fridge/Freezer Temp - One too cold, one not cold enough

We have a fridge freezer with one temperature control in the fridge part but i just can seem to get the fridge part cold enough.
At its maximuk, the fridge is around 6 degrees which is not cold enough yet the freezer is about -22 which if anything is too cold and its very icy/frosty.
Is there anything i can do to try and get the temperatures more in line with other rather than being at two extremes. The freezer i can deal with if need be but i would prefer that he fridge is a lot colder just for health/hygeine reasons more than anything.
I cant access the plug and dont want to lose any food if possible.

Is the seal around the fridge in good condition? If it wasn't sealing properly then the fridge possibly wouldn't reach the lower temp0

make and model??Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0
