It is frustrating not to get feedback. And it can be very valuable sometimes. Obviously if they wanted to make an offer you would hear about it very quickly, but some EA are pretty rubbish at getting and passing on FB.
If you get similar feedback from most of the viewers, it's a pretty good indication of whether you are doing things right or not, or are priced in the right bracket. Tell your EA that you want FB after every viewing. It's part of what you are paying them for.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These

I refer you to #10 ...
I'm speaking from experience. To have zero FB from 3 viewings is not good enough. Our EA was bad for this. Then another agent came from one of their other offices and has given us feedback from every viewing, even if he wasn't able to contact the viewer, he at least would let us know that he had left a message for them and would pass on any fb as soon as it was received.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. I suppose there's feedback and then there;s feedback,
If our EA hadn't been able to get any subsequent feedback, then he would at least give us the viewers' immediate impressions (from during/after their look about the place).
Personally I think this is another good reason to get EAs to do the viewings, as viewers may have difficulty / awkwardness being honest with the OP face-to-face.0 -

Line 3 of the OP. the EA has let the OP know that they've had no reply to messages left with the viewers. To #10 - what next?0 -
Thanks everyone - seems to be a bit of a bone of contention! Vestra - Edinburgh is a completely different market from the rural area my house is situated in - Edinburgh is always popular and expensive!0

I used to hate nothing more than being rung for feedback. Quite often the house just wasn't right for us. Not going to help the vendor.
And some of the feedback we got while selling was stupid e.g. the road junction is quite busy.0 -
If I went to view a property without the EA and then they rang next day for feedback then that would be fine. What was irritating though, was when I had viewed a property with an agent, spoke to them about it at the time and then had a subsequent call to ask for my feedback again!Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal.
