Hero Kits - Working from home scam?
Comments
-
My brother has already fallen for this possible scam.
The website is registered to a Mr Jason Scott
5 Claverley
Lower Beobridge
Wolverhampton
Staffordshire
WV5 7AH
The website contact details are..
Senior Unit 5,
Lower Beobridge,
WV5 7AH
Which seems to be a farm house in the middle of nowhere.
His Paypal account name is Jason Senior who was the owner of senior helicopters registered at the same address as herokits which also turned out to be a scam.
Ah no, he could try ringing paypal to reverse the payment. If the addresses are the same there's very little doubt, it must be a major scam.0 -
I urge anyone who fell for this scam to open a claim with Paypal about it. I did so and I've just been told it was decided in my favour and that I'm getting my £75 back. If everyone did this he'd be out all the money he made, and then some (for buying the materials in the first place). Any future cases against him would probably be resolved fairly quickly too, as Paypal will have all the info against him and the situation from my case. I have a LOT to say about this situation but I'll leave it at that, needless to say I'll be a lot more vigilant in the future.0
