UKPC screws up majestically

They somehow managed to send their threatograms to the wrong address, and refused to listen to the recipient's family (it was a little old lady in her eighties) when they told UKPC that their intended victim doesn't even drive.
Her son somehow managed to track down the "correct" person, who was good enough to call UKPC and dob herself in.
So she can appeal now, right? WRONG! They told her she was too late - even though they'd sent the letters to the wrong address!
Not that an appeal would get her anywhere anyway since it's Scotland so no PoPLA.
Rupert Williams must be so proud.
