As you are aware, I cancelled my IVA end of July 2014 due to these cowboys upping my payments beyond affordability.
Well its now January, and I've still not got nowhere near to receiving the failure certificate so I can apply for a DRO.
I have made repeated calls to DFD, I had a variation meeting on the 30th December and last week received the chairpersons report.
When I phoned them begining of January to again chase for the paperwork, I was fobbed off and told another 6 months.
This would mean that this would be ongoing for a year to close down.
I have reported the matter to the Insolvency Practitioners Association whom have yet to respond to my complaint.
Is there anything I can do!?
