Help on sneaky change of retail car park company using cameras

New ANPR camera car park.
Company called Britpark taken over retail car park .. parked entered reg number as usual, paid and displayed left car park a little late as took a phone call from my car before leaving the car park.
Two weeks later received PCN saying no valid ticket and charge of £50. I do not have the ticket as had no knowledge of new system which is enter reg into machine keep ticket as you dont have to display it ..and its your only proof if you get a charge!!?
I have a new car and I may have used the letter O instead of the number 0 as the third digit of my reg plate that would account for them thinking i had no valid ticket?
I returned there today and took pictures of the signs at the front ticket machine which are next to the machine, the back one that i used... that sign is the other side next to the exit door on the right and not well lit, easily missed it should be on the wall by the ticket machine
Is the template letter you give really going to help in my case?

Yes.
Is the PPC a member of any trade organisation such as the BPA or IPC? I can't find them on either of these membership lists.
Please post the pictures of the signs and redacted copy of the NTK (both sides) and provide dates of the incident and date on the NTK including postmark if there is one.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

According to a google search BritPark are Britannia Parking, who are BPA members, but whether they are the same company or sister companies, I don't know.

I found the same, but we would need to see what is actually on the signs and PCN to confirm whether or not this is Britannia Parking. A website called britpark.com does not necessarily mean there isn't a separate company called Britpark. They don't appear on the BPA members list where the web address for Britania parking is http://www.britannia-parking.co.uk
After all this wouldn't be the first time two similar sounding company names caused confusion with regard to who did or didn't have a parking contract

Totally agree, as I am finding out with my own case with APCOA Facilities Management (Harrow) Ltd and APCOA Parking (UK) Ltd, one has the contract, the other is carrying out the parking enforcement.0 -

...as exemplified by those two similar sounding companies, Excel Parking and Vehicle Control Services, who do not seem able to decide who does what where.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0 -

I know. Popcorn purchases in my area are in danger of outstripping supply.

Hi sorry I didn't get back to you all as had problems logging in to forums.
Thank you all so much for your replies. Yes indeed the PCN letter has Britannia Parking logo at the top.
Sovereign centre is right, and on local social media lots of reports of wrongdoing on their part :-( The camera or ticket machine seem to have been faulty over the xmas week as lots of people had valid tickets for the time on the PCN
I shall send the template letter off then and let you all know.
I havent worked out how to upload the photos of the signs yet0 -
that is because you cannot upload photos on here
put them on tinypic or photobucket and use a dead link to them
(change the link to hxxp from http)0
