Hello,

I was looking at diy-kitchens.com for our next kitchen. We are planning on reusing a couple of our units and so I wanted to buy some doors singularly. We have checked with our fitter who is happy to do this.

When I went to order the doors, I got the below message. Does this mean I wont be able to order single doors? I know I can call them but they are now not open until Monday!

We've just ordered a full kitchen from them and used to get the same message when we just put a door in the shopping basket. From memory, we just had to put one unit in and it allowed us to check out. So are you saying that you won't be ordering any units at all?

Hi Suzie,

No, we are ordering units still, just using some of our own also.

We have 7 of our own units which I need to buy doors for and are buying 4 additional units.

For the 4 additional units, diy-kitchens.com includes the door with the units, but as I need to buy doors for 7 additional units, it wont let me.

I have just tried adding all units to my basket and then the doors, but it still wont let me?

Any help would be appreciated!

Maybe try giving them a call. I find it odd they wouldn't let you buy doors, especially as you are buying cabinets too. Might be a website issue.
