Car insurance write off

My car is currently waiting to be repaired by my insurance co after i submitted a non fault claim to them. My car (Vectra 54 plate 1.8 life) at worst would require a new bumper, however reading up on it i fear the insurance co may write my car off. Firstly does anyone think my car will be written off and if so what happens next, what will be my options.
