Complained to KP Snacks last month because I purchased a multipack of Wheat Crunchies which didn't have any flavour and received a £3 voucher to spend on their products in any store.
At Christmas, I received a pack of Swizzles Matlow sweets as part of a present. There wasn't any of my favourite sweets in the pack, and there was an empty wrapper.
This week I receive a parcel from Swizzles FULL to the brim with loads of sweets which I wasn't expecting!!
So great customer service from both these companies.

Some people have far too much time on their hands.
I can almost see your point about the wheat crunchies, but complaining about not having your "favourite" in a la
pack of sweets which, by definition, is random in nature is just tragic. The empty wrapper is neither here nor there, these things occasionally happen.
Just imagine what you could achieve if you focused your energies on something that really mattered.0 -
No the OP stated it had NO flavour and not their flavour
That was the wheat crunchies that had no flavour, not the sweets.
In the spirit of some of your previous posts on this forum, 'learn to read' :rotfl::DAt Christmas, I received a pack of Swizzles Matlow sweets as part of a present. There wasn't any of my favourite sweets in the pack, and there was an empty wrapper.0 -
That's pretty good OP especially all the sweets from swizzles, I've complained myself when things don't taste right or something is missing and received a coupon.0

It is you who need to read as i included the quote about the Wheat Crunchies.
Roll on tomorrow as you will be able to get back to school
Actually, the post you quoted referred to both. The first part wheat crunchies, the second part the sweets.I can almost see your point about the wheat crunchies, but complaining about not having your "favourite"
to which you repliedNo the OP stated it had NO flavour and not their flavour
The OP said the wheat crunchies had no flavour (which you were correct on), and the sweets had none of 'their' flavour (which you were incorrect on).0 -
