How do I contact YODEL without premium calling.

Hi - I need to contact YODEL the delivery company but on their website there is only a premium rate phone no. There is mention of a chat facility but that isn't there ANYWHERE! And no email addresses. I want to speak to them about parcels being left with neighbours when I specifically asked this not to happen. Does anyone have a recent email contact?
Thanks
Thanks

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0

I left a note on front door saying I needed to send one back to get a refund so please do not leave with neighbours. The delivery driver wrote a note on my card saying "I don't do refunds so left with neighbour!"
He even included the exclamation mark the twit!
Well I don't know Yodels delivery spec.
However in RM its explicit you ignore notes on the door. No doubt the driver( who will be paid per delivered item) now gets paid for 2 deliveries. Your return would have got him/her £0.
I think you should save yourself the grief. Yodel will unlikely be interested and your contract is with the sender, not Yodel.0 -

So you weren't the shipper? Therefore you have no contract with Yodel.
The shipper is the one you should have informed. What you are trying to do now will end up fighting a losing battle as Yodel has no contract with you.
The courier did what he did as he doesn't get bound by your notes, he's bound by the label on the package he's trying to deliver, which would have allowed the package to be left with a neighbour.0
