Thanks to you all, My partner received 2 of theses cards today with the same reference number on it, and has no idea what it is about - no previous correspondence from them or anyone else and certainly no legal documents, after reading your messages we would like to report M Mc Call is visiting or telephoning Devon on Monday, If someone does come to the door I understand they have no legal rights to enter for the reasons stated above. I think M Mc Call should re consider using this scare tactick and check their information first and also consider the rights of the recipient!0
