21st Section (B) notice

Good afternoon everyone,
"...which you hold as tenant on the 02/03/15, or at the end of the period of your tenancy which will end next after the expiration of one month from the service upon this notice"
I want to ask - which way everything works or should work in this case?
If i will find new home let's say in next few weeks how i should inform my letting agent?

You can give them notice, but it will depend what type of tenancy you have? You might only need to give them one months notice, so if you find somewhere to live you could give them notice that you are leaving before 02/03/15. You can also ask them to end the tenancy earlier by mutual agreement if they want the property back quickly they might agree and save you some rent. If they don't then you still have to pay your rent up to the end of your notice period.Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0

So i understand that i still have to give 1month notice to my letting agent even i was issued 21st section?

That Section 21 notice doesn't end the tenancy, only you or a court can do that, so to be on the safe side you should serve your own notice.0

I would be very careful there.
As said a s.21 notice has no effect on the tenancy so if the tenant just moves out then the landlord is free to keep considering that the tenancy continue and the tenant will remain liable for rent, etc.0 -
Do not formally give notice until you are sure of leaving: Why? Well, if your notice is valid & expires & you do not leave you are liable to pay double rent..
If you think it highly likely you will move but ain't 100% sure you might want to suggest that, but make sure you say "this is not a formal notice to quit"
