To also help you with your current usage, you need to really look at what you are using and when.
You are not getting the benifit of an E7 system otherwise.
Do you have storage heaters (that charge at night) or standard panel heaters?
Based on your annual consumption you are only using 45% of you electricity on the cheap rate. That is the bare minimum required for E7 to be cost effective. You need to get that to 60%+ on the cheap rate!
Your recent usage also reflects this 45% cheap rate usage:
From 16th to 27th you used on average 18KWh per day. 10 of which were at normal rate and 8 of which was at the cheap rate.
So, to really use are E7 system correctly, you need to push as much usage onto the E7 hours. Dishwasher, Washing machine, tumble dryer, charging phones/laptops, as much as possible in your E7 cheap rate hours.
Edit: Also, just as a check, as Cornucopia mentioned above, ensure the meter is recording the usage at the correct rates. Some can be set-up incorrectly and record the usage the wrong way round.
It is easy to check. Look at your meter now, and put the kettle on then see what meter is recording the electricity use. At this time of the day it should be the normal rate.0
