Parking charge notice from IPC Member

Hi there,
I received a parking ticket from the company on the 27th December. I appealed and said I was the driver already unfortunately, and they rejected the appeal yesterday. Tomorrow is the last day to pay their discount £60 fine. I was going to carry on to the IAS as i believe their signage does not follow their guidelines and the front sign especially is extremely ambiguous saying: "residents AND permit holders only". I was parking on behalf of my girlfriend who I took back to her flat after christmas. She does not drive and so did not know all the rules of the car park already. When we arrived actually, there was a parking attendant who said they were using the car park for match day parking and told us where to park for residents. Turns out reception is the only place to get a permit and they were never open during this period. I want to know what the best option is now.

Furthermore, ironically the next week I went to see my girlfriend their and we purchased a permit from reception, placed it on the dashboard, and still received a ticket. Now that one will definitely not be paid, it was the same guy who gave the ticket.

Thank you!

none of these are fines, they are invoices

you can certainly try an IAS appeal, even though it will probably be turned down by their kangaroo court

you could ignore it all apart from any LBC or MCOL over the next 6 years

you could complain to the managing agent etc too
