Belfast: attractions for 5year old

Hi, I'm looking for some help with ideas for things to do, places to see with a 5year old. In February.
We are visiting N.I. next month for 3nights, staying in Belfast and hiring a car, so not limited to the city.
Any ideas very much appreciated
Thank you

My son at 5 had an obsession with the Titanic so would have taken him to the Titanic museum (still mean to someday) but that wouldn't suit all five year olds. Trip to the Giants Causeway and the Carrick a Reade rope bridge?

I really enjoyed the titanic in Belfast. I think a five year old who likes museums etc would enjoy it.

W5 at odyssey is brill for kids. It's an interactive science museum. My four aged 9-3 love it.
Or aunt Sandra's candy making workshop. Might need to book that though.

If he's train/bus/car mad then take him to the Belfast Folk & Transport Museum located South East of the City:

If you have NT membership then the Giants Causeway & Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge are good. Technically you don't need membership to visit the Causeway, only if you use the visitors centre.
