Bank charges - expenditure form question

my wife has recently written to nationwide re £130 charges for an account she thought she'd closed. we're both on terrible pay and can ill afford the charges.
they've sent her an expenditure form and it asks for my income - do we fill that in after all of my deductions (i pay the bills, she pays the mortgage - works out the same) or do they want gross or before deductions? it simply says 'partner's income'
any help/guidance would be gratefully received.
thanks

it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)

Is it this form?...

If it is then simply enter your monthly take home pay...then enter all outgoings (no matter who pays them) in section 5.0 -
it's very similar to that, thankshelpful tips

The bottom line is that you can only get a refund of bank charges if you are suffering financial hardship. Hence the income and expenditure form.0
