Lufthansa - no customer service

I've flown with Lufthansa a few times; they seemed quietly efficient...
However, if anything goes wrong, their customer service seems to be Ryanair style - ignore your complaints and hope they go away.
I won't give all the boring details of the complaint but in brief, on both outbound and return flights to the USA we were given the wrong seats, not those we had booked and paid extra for. I want the extra 100 euros refunding.
I complained at the time and was told a report had been prepared and that someone from Lufthansa would contact me, but no one has done so.
I filled in the contact form on their website (and had confirmation it was received) 3 weeks ago, but no response.
I e-mailed customer services, but no response.
Just booked my next flight with BA, and will avoid Lufthansa whenever I can.

We have flown with Lufthansa numerous times and cant fault their service.
On the one ocassion we had a query they resolved it within the day and gave us a €300 credit as a token of apology.0 -

Well, according to that site I should be flying with Phillipine Airways - but they only seem to list a few of the world's airlines.0

Seems a rubbish website. Asda doesn't exist on it

Neither does Natwest

I don't think that's the best site in the world to figure out how good a company is!0 -
Hmmm. Would you use a website that places TripBadvisor as 696/767
