Hello win but told them to redraw

A few of us had won tickets to The Secret Service with Hello on Twitter there was a date of the show but no location, Was told after i won it was in London, I guess they missed the important bit from the tweet lol. Told them to redraw it like a few others have done. There reply was

Well done Makeandsave. I hope you get a nice "reward" through another win shortly.
This week I won a midweek break but it was for a date that I cannot now make. I was honest with the provider and said that they should re-draw but they said that, as I had been straight with them, they would offer it to me next week (which I can make).
Then I won a hamper but, on calling them, it was clear that they were inexperienced and had anticipated a local winner who would collect the prize. I said that it was not in the T&Cs but ceded the prize because it was awkward for them. I added that they could use my winning slogan anyway and they have said that they will "send me something".
I steer away from mentioning "ethics" on this forum but I feel comfortable with both outcomes.Still cracking on....
