MSE News: Travelling outside Europe? You could incur hefty voicemail charges
Just got stung for voicemail whilst roaming, dont even think they left messages - I certainly didnt pick any up.
Why cant these companies just be fair instead of constantly trying to rip over their customers - been with these clowns over 20 years and seriously considering moving .... any one recommend a good mobile phone company
I just remove my SIM card once I'm on the plane and just use my phone to email or whatsapp on (free) wi-fi while I'm away. I replace SIM while taxiing to the gate after landing.
That way I don't have to worry about rogue/unexpected charges

iD Mobile do not allow you to turn off the voicemail, there is no way of stopping voicemail charges if you take your phone abroad. Completely wrong, should not be allowed.
