Phoned up today to chase acknowledgement as it's been 7 weeks Monday since posting.....no luck. Lost in the post the said, re send.
So I phoned up again to ask them to double check before I print and go through it all again.
They said there is a "trace" on the system which means it's been received and not uploaded.
So what do I do? Wait or resend.

id wait another week.
always send correspondence to DWP by recorded delivery ... that way, if it gets lost then its their fault and they can deny requests to backdate any benefit awarded0
