Credit Card after IVA (Trust Deed)

I'm happy to say I've just been discharged from a Trust Deed but the advice now seems to be to get a credit card to build up my credit rating again.
I've been receiving letters from companies like Capital One and Vanquis but I'm not sure if any of them are better than the other.
Can anyone advise?
Many thanks
