help please - old BG gas prices needed
I am disputing a BG gas bill and I would be grateful if anyone could tell me how to find out the cost of units between October 2006 and February 2007. (I can't look at previous bills as I can't access the new BG website and see all my paperless bills:mad: )
Thanks
Thanks

Hi Jeannine,
First of all good luck, if you can work out how they calculate the bill i take my hat off to you !
Here goes - My bill 28/10/06 to 14/02/07: Gas units used= 234 converted to kilowatt hours used - 7383.14 over 110 days.
The first 1378.00kwh at 4.959 pence = £68.34
The next 6005.14 kwh at 2.801 pence = £168.20
'Ouch' thats £236.54p
For info i have both gas & electric from BG (BG = Big Gazump)
I know before everyone tells me, I should change - Its on my list !0 -
