Not spoke to them, but just seen valuation fee out of account
  • FTB here!!!

So glad I found this thread! :-) Just had our mortgage application submitted today and the £205.00 survey fee has been taken. Going through a broker and he has all our documentation. Fingers crossed by the sound of it, with all things going smoothly we should hear back within a few weeks :-)
  • I am just remortgaging with Nationwide and I have been very impressed so far. Our case was accepted by the Law firm on the 16th Jan and we are on schedule to complete on 6th Feb. I have been using a broker which definitely helped.

I'm remortgaging to NW. Been very good so far, although the lawfirm, QCAS are not so great. Don't reply to emails, quite rude on the telephone and just not doing what asked.
