Glide Energy - a nightmare

I am a property manager who keeps receiving bills for nearly £1500 a month from Glide for combined gas and electricity on a 4-bed domestic property only currently half-occupied.
I have queried with Glide yet receive no comprehensible cost breakdowns from them and am currently trying to transfer to another utility company but because of our dispute about the bills, this is proving difficult, yet they cannot prove they have a valid current contract on this property (which we took on a couple of years ago).
Does anyone else have issues with Glide? There seems to be no advantages to using them at all. You can get green energy from many companies directly nowadays and why would you want to pay a premium to receive one combined bill instead of your source bills, let alone one with no proper breakdowns on it?
A colleague rented a house where Glide was the energy provider and she confirms they are virtually impossible to leave! In fact she moved house as soon as she could to get away from them in the end.
