My OH has lost his official Decree Absolute and needs to get a copy. I've seen there are companies that charge upwards of £39.95 to obtain a copy, but is there a cheaper way?
Thanks

Can you get a copy from the court where it was issued?0

The court will issue a duplicate for a fee, it used to be £5. Ring the original court and ask for a copy and how much it will cost. If he can have the case number handy when he rings it will speed things up, but they should be able to help him.
Good luckAlways another chapter0 -
