Thanks for reading. Today's worry is ...
I've had my envirosearch done and the following has been noted ...
What is the potential for natural ground instability in the area within 50m of the
property?
Moderate
The house was built around 1800 and the survey didn't pickup any subsidence? Is it worth spending the money (£25) on a ground stability report?
I'm thinking this isn't a big deal, but any experiences would be appreciated!
