Hello everyone,
I have been reading all newbies stickys etc but just wanted to check a few things.

basically dad got a pcn for overstaying in car park so im trying to help him, but having a new baby and lack of sleep im finding it very hard lol going round in circles reading following links and scrambling my brain so apoligies if im making no sense!

it has the waffle about using cameras etc and overstay breahces terms and conditions and if not paid in full 28 days or if not informed of driver etc may result in civil action and so on.

the two images showing registration only show the registration and not the car and there is no date and time on the actual photos themselves only underneath what they have typed on the letter.
should the date and time be on photo?

it says reg and make of car but not the model is that right?

also theres a few templates on here but i also came across a post from a user psscott86 (sorry it wont let me post links which i really could have done with)
the situation sounds similar so thought i could use some of whats put down but is this too much? as the person who did this was on her appeal to popla so should i not include as much on first appeal?

also on some templates ive seen it says "I" but sure ive read not to, but as the pcn came within 13days does this still matter if they know or should i still right as the registered keeper?

just wanted to check before i !!!!!! anything up lol

ps sorry for any mistakes in this trying to type wiht baby who is trying to grab everything!

i didnt think i was supposed to put the company name on here? i dont mind putting it on its just i thought it said somewhere not too, i may have got that wrong though.
read so much on here and other sites half of it gone straight over my head lol

not knowing the company doesnt help anyone to help you , obviously you could give too much info away, or too little

try reading the NEWBIES sticky thread and not any others , stick to the best advice which is in that sticky thread, especially as its always kept up to date which doesnt happen with other threads

if in doubt, tell the RK to send the template letter with NO alterations , apart from removing the "rant" parts if you feel they should do

any references are "the keeper" or "the driver"

"I parked there and didnt see the signs" etc - that is where people tend to admit what they should not , especially when they start giving out "explanations"

naming the PPC means the replies can be better targeted to help you, otherwise stick to what the NEWBIES thread tells you

the pictures are ANPR so will be tailored to show the VRN, parking pranksters blog explains this in great detail, so please read it

they have a reg number and a registered keepers name and address, so no they dont need to get the model right or the persons shoe size !

you CAN post a link, all you do is change the URL to hxxp from http before hitting the submission button , so its not a live link

im not that good on forums! it took me that long to type first thread by the time i hit the button it said something about token too long and lost all my writing so i was trying to fit everything fast lol the company is Euro Car Parks.

that thread is over 9 months old and a popla appeal

as things have moved on, I would suggest looking at the newbies thread and coming more up to date - after all , if looking for the latest news you would not look at a 9 months old newspaper

i didnt see the date lol was just looking at newbies thread where people had suggested search to others not to hijack but search for car park companys to see what others had put.
will have to dig my glasses out lol

when you said to email rk and ask for that template to be sent without rant, do you mean the one which says something about a dingy blackpool hotel lol if so thats one i was looking and and it seems really good but then got scared when it got to that bit!

could anyone post me a link to the appeal letter please.
my bookmarks have disappeared for some reason this morning and im reading and reading but cant find it! think im looking too hard and missing it somewhere. Ive tried to search but loads of post and still cant find it it help lol
