35 to 50 Singles Holidays

hello,
Having become single a year or so ago and being a frequent travveler before that i am looking at sorting out my head and going on holiday again.
I am 44 male, heterosexual, reasonabley fit and healthy.
Looking for a fairly cultural, foodie, active holiday. not long haul. Turkey maybe far enough. A week.
Anyone any good ideas of companies, specific holidays etc etc.
I was considering a coach tour(not specific to singles) from Istanbul to Antalya with asecretturkey.com but not sure how long I want to be stuck in a coach and whether the excurions were there to upsell, carpets, leather, jewellery etc etc.
Seemed quite cheap. I am not bothered about cheap more about good value.
all advice would be welcome for a nervous first time solo traveller.
