Thanks for consistently delivering exceptional service to your buyers. We're here to provide you a marketplace where you can sell with confidence. That's why we've taken the following steps during the past month to protect your account:
We've already updated your seller dashboard to reflect these changes, which are for transactions made during the past year. When we remove transaction defects, your transaction defect rate may not go down if you had transactions that received more than one defect.
We'll continue to improve our monitoring, detection systems and policies to protect sellers like you. To see these updates, go to your seller dashboard.

Just got this message in "My account" from eBay but am puzzled as I have had no contact with anyone about money back or anything else.
I am a private seller with "above average" in My Dashboard and there is no mention of this.
I have 100% score feedback and nothing to indicate anyone was unhappy with their purchase.
Can someone tell me how to find this customer or item in "my account" as I would like to know what has happened - if anything?
- Prevented 1 eBay Money Back Guarantee request(s) from being opened too early in the past 2 months

it basically means buyers have tried to contact you to see where their item is. The ebay systems guides them towards opening an item not received, but they aren't allowed to open these until AFTER the end of the delivery estimate. So instead of "letting" them open a case, ebay will have just pointed out the delivery estimate dates and tell them to come back if the item isn't there by then.0

No-one has tried to contact me and in fact most of my feedback is about really fast delivery. All feedback is positive! No negatives or Neutral at all.
I hate it when I don't know what is going on - how can you deal with something when you are unaware of it?
Isn't there a way to find out which item it is about?0
