Vent High Street TV genie bras

OOOOO I am cross. I am housebound so all purchases have to be online. On the 1st December I ordered 6 genie bras from High Street TV. They didn't arrive so I phoned and they sent out more - seems they were out of stock and these weren't despatched. I phoned again on the 29th Dec and asked what had happened. The bras I choose were out of stock so she offered a different colour OK says I and asked for a refund of the postage charge, Everything was very polite and I wasn't too bothered. But today my order arrived. Both packs of 3 bras were marked size 20/22 but when opened 2 were size 20 with 1 size 18 and the other pack were all size 16. Now I can't get through on the phone and they haven't phoned me back( I left a message) I really don't want to have to pay return postage on the items that they sent in the wrong size. I feel better now having a good moan to you all.Cheers have a Happy New Year

8.9 If you have returned the Products to us under this clause 8 because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us."

As the product is clearly the wrong size ie not as described you won't have any problems.

Still trying to sort this out. The live chat didn't work on my computer and the emails bounce back. I have phoned dozens of times and can't get through. It says leave a message and phone number which I do but no one has got back to me. Help! I want replacements or my money back with £3.20 postage for returning them.
