Hi there,
Has anyone had any experiences with GOOD management agents on here (as opposed to cowboys like RMG)?
If so can you let me know what their details are as Id like to speak to them about managing a new estate that the residents have just taken over from RMG!
Regards

Hi,
I run my own company and cover UK wide, its a online Agency simalar to those out there, but with the personal touch of no large call centres ETC, i run it with a long term friend, i am in charge of lettings & Management, he is in charge of sales so it runs quite smoothly.
Its not hard to manage a property/s properly and to an acceptable standard, being available 7 days a week is a major benefit, along with being organised, and honest, providing these things are shown then the fee is never arguable.
To those that are switching from another agent i often offer the first month free management, so they can see the difference between me and the previous agent. then the fee is due monthly from month 2. there is no contract that you are tied into, if your not happy with my service then i don't deserve your custom and you will move to another agent.
that is the sort of agent you want...0 -
Hi guys,
Sorry its taken a bit of time to get back to you both.
We are based in Cambridgeshire and the services we are after is things like what managing agents usually do, raise service charges, chase leaseholders/free holders for payments, organise repairs, maintain grounds, organise insurances and so on.
Are either of you able to do that?
Regards
