Redundancy Insurance plans

Morning,
Does any one know of a UK company (no win no fee) that deals with fighting on our behalf of income protection insurance plans sold (not PPI) but loss of income/redundancy plans . Was sold a policy in 2009 which has turned out to be not fit for purpose and quickly realised over the months that they had no intention of paying out under any circumstance. The company in question also told us 2 years into the policy that the policy was being sold on to another company. Have now researched and found out that the company is the same company umbrella but in a difference name and has done this many times before to others. Looks like we have been caught, but I don't want them to get away with it as we paid them a lot of money of the years and this caused us great financial pressure. Any suggestions on the best course of action as got know where talking to them directly? Cheers
