New Alcohol self help

i've been back to the alcohol team's clinic earlier this evening and been prescribed meds to help with the cravings. onto day 4 and feeling positive

I am totally confused. I think that there must have been some sort of technical hitch. I have just checked the posts today and there are dozens from the past week. I have been checking regularly and there haven't been any. They have all magically appeared today.

I think what has happened is another thread got started and the mods have just merged them

Not sure I want to post progress on this thread now.

They could at least have let us know - I started the other one - but I haven't got a PM or anything about the move.

please stay, i'd worry too, how you were getting on. well done for getting an appointment, and also for getting to day two.
i'm onto day 5 and struggling but determined to carry on.
