Is it a pendant around her neck? In which case, this is a type of fall alarm, just a person operated one. Check the details with Age Uk but most I have come across if they don't get a response will either A) call the designated person or b) get a warden out there, if it is warden system.0 -
Hello,
My FIL had an alarm pendant. When he had a fall and didn't communicate with the call centre, we were alerted. It worked well. What we didn't expect was that sometimes he would press the button for other reasons. Once we dashed to his home after a call to find that all he wanted was his pillows plumping up lol Good luck you MIL is blessed to have such a caring family.0
