Oldest now needs holiday club when to tell tax credits?

Hi
My oldest child has started school and although I could cover last years school hols with my work hols this year there are just too many! My youngest son is currently in nursery and we get some help with that, I am sure I was told that if the childcare changes by £ 10 per month then I need to notify them.
My query is that I need to use a registered holiday club for the feb break coming up and then from Easter hols onwards, however does the year run from April to March for credits so therefore if I work out the average cost for her this year then it will be march 2014-April 2015 meaning it will be nowhere near £10 a week difference or is it from Jan - dec meaning I can include the full years hol club cover so it will be more than £10 per week?
Hope that makes sense.

Just a quick question as looked at that link and going round in a loop!
If she only needs 3 days in February then that will be approx £45 for 3 half days, will they bother with that?

Sorry not sure what you mean?

I think OP means is it worth declaring and will it be a recalc' due to the rise in CCC being less than £10pcm over the period of the current 12 month award.

Blondebubbles has kindly answered your question above and the answer is yes.

    thanks guys.
sorry for seeming a bit thick but the last time I spoke to them to let them know that my eldest had started school the advisor told me that childcare had to go up for £10.00 per week for the year so didn't want to call and waste my time if they won't take short periods into account and it was the start of the tax year.
at least I know now I can call them when I need the extra childcare.
