Starting a new thread after advice from RedX regarding SIP whereby he/she suggests that my best course of action with SIP is to try to get the landowner to arrange to cancel the PCN with SIP.
I have had a mooch round the forum and cant seem to find any advice on how to find out who owns the land in Manchester leased by SIP that I parked on.... A Google search didnt turn up much either.
Any ideas??

for certainty , you pay the land registry a fee for it
I doubt that SIP have leased the land though , more likely they are contracted to patrol it

Three £notes will do it with Land Registry! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

you can also try google, if its a retail park you can usually find a website, or a letting agency that then leads on to the site owner, CEO addresses etc etcFrom the Plain Language Commission:
