Please consider identifying from where any stated T&Cs are sourced to help assist clarity to other MSE members. I can not find the quoted text referring to 'duty at all times' of members sharing links, nor reference to 'quality of the prize' in either the full T&Cs or the full Privacy Policy. The info provided seems outdated?

In the current T&Cs (section 10) there is a variant to what was posted but in essence just confirms that Sprinkle can not be held liable to the way their links are referred to away from their own site.. nor the content of those prize partner sites. E.g Sprinkle are not liable for content on the Amazon site.
