DRP hasseling me, threatening court £120

Got a letter from DRP demanding £120 or they will begin court proceedings against me.
The consensus is to simply ignore this drivel - this has been going on for maybe 6 months now - just wanted to check I am doing the right thing.
PS: the initial paperwork stated that the car was illegally parked at a time when it was not possible for it to be there, creating alot of confusion our end as to what these people were on about. Further down the line we find the online photos they had and the time and date was DIFFERENT to the time stated on the correspondence. The date on the photos watermark would be feasible.

Did they actually use the word "illegally"?What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

To be honest I can't remember. I did try to appeal online, after doing so I shredded the paperwork I had - assuming it would be dismissed given the errors regarding times. They never replied to my online appeal. Now we are on the DRP phase, several letters in.0

(I'm the same person, for some reason can't get into the new username I just made - I tried to reset password and this account showed up which must be an old one of mine)0

no you didnt
you got letters saying they will recommend that their client take legal action against you
DRP cannot take you to court as they are not the creditor and do not own the alleged "debt"
IGNORE drp , like the NEWBIES sticky thread and many other threads tell you to
I doubt they used the words "illegally parked" either0 -
The saga continues.
Now I have a letter from Zenith Collections.
Continue to ignore?0 -

A read of the NEWBIES thread would tell you all you need to know. With respect, we do NOT need to hear about every letter you receive.
