Cost to Landlord of s21 evection

I haven't seen any details re costs when going down the s21 eviction route. Could anyone give me a rough idea of costs if this became necessary and we needed to use the Bailifs to do an eviction.
Hopefully it won't come to this but an idea on costs would be appreciated.

Ouch, well that's very interesting as I haven't read anything about the N5 or N5b so I figure a bit more research will be needed on the procedure.
As I say I'm hopeful that it may not get to this but I'm just being prepared in case.

A Sec 21 is free to issue.

It’s the cost of the paper and stamp really. Only if they refuse to go will you need court/baliffs.0
