Every time I visit Ebay I get a message asking if I want to download or save ghostery.js from ds.serving-sys.com
It's a PITA having to keep closing it.

I just got the same message using IE 90

ds.serving-sys.com is an adserver which may have dropped a tracking cookie onto your machine.
Try clearing your web browser cache, cookies and all temporary files with CCleaner and then scan with Malwarebtyes/Junkware Removal Tool/AdwCleaner.
Adblock Plus and MVPS Hosts File both "blacklist" this site so download either to block further possible intrusions.0 -
