I'm looking for a mount which will allow a Flip ultra HD to be screen mounted, anyone point in the right direction?

There's plenty of 'windscreen tripod mounts' on eBay of varying styles and therefore quality.
Be careful though as you could end up blocking quite a lot of your field of view with the mount and camera.
Although you should be ok with the Flip, anything more heavy and I'd start to get worried about the mount slipping.The quickest way to become a millionaire is start off as a billionaire and go into the airline business.
